Dehydrated Oranges

I got a dehydrator for Christmas and have found myself in heaven. Naturally, we all think of drying apples, but did you know that one of the best things to dry is oranges? You just wash and slice your oranges. You don’t need to peel them as the rind sweetens as it drys. In the end you’ll have orange flavored chips. I can tell you right now, a little Cow Girl Mt. Tam and some dried oranges and you have yourself an elegant cheese appetizer / meal. Delicious!
