Apricots from Phelps Fruit and Berry Farm

Ryan and I were sitting at home trying to figure out what to do for the evening. We were still tired from a weekend backpacking trip, so going for a hike didn’t seem too thrilling. I checked out my local farmers via Facebook and saw this wonderful photo of apricots. Bingo. We needed to go for a drive and pronto. I was able to acquire a box full (22 lbs.) of apricots at $1.50 / pound. For reference, the national average retail price is $3.00 / pound.
